First Annual Sweetheart Dinner

Our first annual Sweetheart Dinner in Support of Anderson house was a huge success, raising over $8,000 for the organization. This will be an annual event, so we were especially pleased to see how well the night turned out. The food was fantastic and everyone seemed to have a fabulous time. Our thanks go out to Red Shores Racetrack and Casino for making it a lovely evening, as well as the organizers and supporters of the event. PEI Police Association assists East Prince Family Violence Prevention Services

Sweetheart Dinner for Family Violence Prevention Week

Looking for something to do for Valentine's Day?  PEI Family Violence Prevention Services is holding a Sweetheart Dinner for Anderson House, as part of Family Violence Prevention Week. The event will take place at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino on February 16, 2013. Reception is at 6:30, dinner at 7pm.  There will also be an art auction with work by local artists. Tickets are $60 and it includes your meal, $10 in wagering tickets and a tax receipt for $25. Michael's - Blankets for Canada

Michael's Arts and Crafts donated blankets to Anderson House as part of their Blankets for Canada program. The blankets were made in 8-inch squares by Michael's customers and staff, and were assembled into blankets. We certainly appreciate being the recipients and thank Michael's for being a community minded organization.
